For now, you report the frequencies of how many people selected certain answers. What you should also do is to run regressions and test your hypotheses (e.g., what affects participants’ decisions?)
You can run a few regressions in addition to what you have here. To incorporate the SPSS results into your report, you can copy the tables SPSS is giving you, report the means and p-values like you did for the individual SPSS assignment a few weeks ago.
